Terms of Service
Effective date: July 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Post platform available at post.houseofsoch.com (the “Service”), operated by Soch (“Soch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Soch lets you connect social media and business-listing accounts — including Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn Pages, and Google Business Profile locations — and compose, schedule, and publish content to them from a single workspace.
The Service depends on APIs provided by these third-party platforms. We do not control, and are not responsible for, changes those platforms make to their APIs, policies, or availability, including outages, rate limits, or permission changes that may affect publishing.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly at support@houseofsoch.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
If you create or join a team workspace, the workspace owner and administrators can manage members, roles, connected accounts, and billing for that workspace. You are responsible for the actions of anyone you invite.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) and processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees, plus any taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law. We may change subscription pricing on a going-forward basis, with notice before your next renewal.
4. Connected Platform Accounts
When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, LinkedIn Page, or Google Business Profile location, you authorize Soch to access and act on that account solely to discover the pages/locations you manage and to publish the content you create, using the minimum permissions each platform requires for that purpose.
Your use of connected platforms through the Service remains subject to each platform’s own terms, including the Meta Platform Terms, the LinkedIn API Terms of Use, and the Google API Services User Data Policy. You are responsible for complying with those terms, and for any consequences a connected platform applies to your account as a result of content published through the Service.
You can disconnect any connected account at any time from Connected Accounts in your workspace settings. Disconnecting immediately revokes and deletes the stored access tokens for that connection. See our Data Deletion Instructions for details.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the post drafts, captions, images, video, and other material you upload or create through the Service (“Your Content”). You grant Soch a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service, including publishing it to the platforms you select.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having all rights necessary to post it, including compliance with each connected platform’s community standards and content policies. We may remove or disable access to Your Content if required by law or a connected platform, or if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or the terms of any platform you connect through the Service.
- Publish content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes another party’s rights.
- Distribute spam, malware, or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior.
- Attempt to access another workspace’s data, or connected accounts you are not authorized to manage.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
7. Intellectual Property
Soch and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and branding, excluding Your Content. Except for the limited right to use the Service as permitted by these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required to do so by a connected platform or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Sections 5, 7, 9, 10, and 11) will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that publishing to any connected platform will always succeed, as this depends in part on systems we do not control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Soch harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
