Data Deletion Instructions

If you only want to stop Soch from accessing a specific Facebook Page, Instagram account, LinkedIn Page, or Google Business Profile location, go to Connected Accounts in your workspace settings and choose Disconnect next to that account.

This immediately and permanently deletes the OAuth access and refresh tokens we stored for that connection from our database — Soch can no longer read from or publish to that account after disconnecting. Any posts already published to that platform before disconnecting are not affected, since they live on the platform itself, not on Soch.

You can also revoke Soch’s access directly from the platform side at any time — for example, via Facebook’s Business Integrations settings, or Google’s third-party access settings. Revoking access there has the same effect: we stop being able to access that account, and we delete the corresponding stored tokens the next time we attempt to use them and discover access has been revoked.

To delete your full Soch account — including your workspace membership, stored connected-account tokens, post drafts, uploaded media, and publishing history — email privacy@houseofsoch.com from the address associated with your account and request account deletion. Include your workspace name so we can locate the right records.

We will verify the request, disconnect any remaining connected platform accounts on your behalf, and delete your personal data and content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records (for example, billing records) to comply with tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. If you are a member of a shared team workspace rather than its owner, we will remove your personal access and data; workspace-level content created by other members remains with the workspace.

• Stored OAuth access and refresh tokens for every connected platform account.
• Post drafts, captions, and per-platform overrides you authored.
• Uploaded media files and their metadata.
• Your account profile information (name, email, profile photo reference).

Content already published to a connected platform before deletion remains on that platform under its own terms — deleting your Soch account does not remove posts from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Google Business Profile. To remove already-published posts, delete them directly on that platform.
